How long are each sessions?

A full session usually lasts 25 minutes, but feels like an hour or more of traditional strength training. It takes about 5 minutes to  put on the iMotion equipment, 20 minute of high intensity workout, and 5 minute of relaxation. The entire session is about 30 minutes. 

What does the iMotion EMS suit feel like?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) feels unique but not painful — it’s often described as a mix between a gentle pulse and a firm contraction.

How many calories will I burn?

Each pulse triggers deep muscle contractions, activating up to 90% of muscle fibers at once — far more than a regular workout. At Calibrate25 users usually burn between 400-1000 calories in their short 25 minute workout!

Is EMS safe?

Yes — EMS is generally safe when used correctly and under professional supervision. It’s been used for decades in physical therapy, sports recovery, and fitness. We highly recommend consulting your physician if there are any underlying conditions you are concerned about.

How quickly will I see results?

After 1–2 sessions, you’ll feel results right away — muscles feel tighter, posture improves, and you might notice mild soreness (like after a good workout).​ After 3–4 weeks (≈ 6–8 sessions), you’ll start seeing visible tone and definition, especially if you pair EMS with good nutrition and hydration. Your strength and endurance improve — everyday movements (stairs, lifting, posture) will feel easier and clothes may fit differently as your body composition begins to shift. After 8–12 weeks, you can expect measurable results in fat loss, noticeable muscle definition, tighter core and improved balance, and better overall energy and metabolism!​​
