how it works:
1. Check availability.
Complete a quick health survey.
2. Get approved.
Receive your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
If eligible, Truemed will provide an LMN that is valid for 12 months.
3. Train at Calibrate25
Purchase your qualifying Calibrate25 membership or sessions as usual.
4. Submit for reimbursement
Use your Calibrate25 receipt and LMN to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
